Course Alerts

This page has been designed to provide flexibility for both the Grounds Department and Pro Shop to tweet up to the minute news on course happenings to our members and the public all year long.  This information may be accessible without logging on to the member only section on either a computer or mobile device.   These updates could include course closures, frost delays, course aeration. temp. hole closures, course maintenance, etc.

Covid-19 Procedure When a Frost Delay

On the morning of a frost delay, the pro shop and greens staff will liaise to determine if there is a delay or no delay (if there is no delay there will be no postings or emails).  If there is a delay, this will be posted to Twitter and to the Club's website as well as an email sent to the day's players.

At 9:00 AM, an update will be posted to Twitter and to the website as well as emailed to the day’s players stating either a 10:30 AM (or earlier) delayed first tee start, or a continuation of the delay.

At 10:00 AM an update will be posted to Twitter and to the website, as well as emailed to the day’s players stating either a 12:00 Noon, 1st and 10th tee, nine holes only start, or the course closed for the day.

There will be 4 options for a frost delay:
  1. NO DELAY – Tee times will run as scheduled.
  2. 10:30 AM (or earlier) Start – Tee times will run from the first tee on a delayed basis, in order of the tee time draw.
  3. 12:00 Noon 1st and 10th tee start – 9 HOLES ONLY – In the event the delay goes past 10:30 AM, the day’s tee sheet will be wiped out. Members may phone the pro shop to book for 9 holes only from either the 1st or 10th tee starting at 12:00 Noon.
  4. Course Closure - If the delay goes beyond 12:00 Noon, the course will be closed for the day.
Please note:  On frost delayed days, the Practice Range and hitting net will open 1 hour prior to the course opening for play, the putting greens and short game area will open 30 minutes prior.

Due to Covid-19, we will not be conducting shotguns, nor will we be facilitating having large numbers of members arriving on the property at the same time.  We thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through these unprecedented times.
